Dear Kelly,

We thought you might enjoy some photos of our recent trip. As you know, we've travelled to Maui from snowy Canada with James and George, first as babies and now big boys, along with family or friends since 2001. Happy Kids has provided us with wonderful nannies on every occasion and is one of the main reasons we can truly enjoy this beautiful island. Our boys and their best friends Francesca and Olivia are very attached to Jacqui and can't wait to see her each year. In fact, when we suggested that perhaps they might like to come to dinner with us themselves next year there was a unanimous veto - they'd rather spend the evening exploring with Jacqui than dining with us! I guess I can't say I blame them. We've been able to play with them all day in the sun, then head out for "grown-up" dinners each night, knowing they are enjoying their own adventures with your wonderful Jacqui. We can't wait to see you again in 2010.

The nannies are very professional to work with and they provide quality childcare as well as lots of fun for your younger guests. Kelly Lightfoot goes above and beyond providing nannies at the last minute to anticipate your guest’s wishes and needs. Nannies provide fun and safe age appropriate activities and genuinely care for children of all ages. Many of our repeat guests have consistently requested Happy Kids Nanny Services. My family and I have just returned from a week's vacation on Maui. We were lucky enough to have had Eliza Leialoha join us for part of each day of our vacation. Please pass along our accolades to her.

On behalf of my family I wanted to let you know that Eliza was beyond fabulous, and has forever spoiled us for future childcare. Eliza provided evening childcare for my 3 year old daughter and my 9 month old nephew. She was calm, reliable, patient and incredibly entertaining. We were awed each evening as she brought out a new toy or art project for the kids. Most evenings we'd come home to "gifts" that the kids created during our time away. My daughter took to calling Eliza "my new friend" and couldn't wait for her arrival each day. Eliza was incredibly attentive as well as observant to the kids needs. She even went so far as to pick me up some more Goldfish Crackers when she noticed that we were running low. If Eliza is any indication of the staff at Happy Kids we will gladly recommned your services to all our friends on their travels...and of course I'll be calling you on my return trips.

Dear Kelly,

I can't say enough about your services! Like all new Mothers I was reluctant to leave my precious baby, Sydney, with a stranger, but I was immediately impressed with your customer service. Thank you for making sure my baby was as happy as your name implies!

We absolutely loved your nannyl!! From the moment she walked in our hotel room and held Sydney I had complete confidence that Sydney would be well cared for AND that she would even have fun while I was away. Your nanny came with her own toys and books and was so loving and caring. It was clear this was not just a job to her.

I am still so touched when I recall how your nanny interacted with Sydney. She is clearly "called" to take care of babies/children. Sydney is a bit finicky when it comes to who cares for her, but she immediately warmed to heri. It was so sweet to see and so reassuring to us. Knowing Sydney was in such good hands allowed us to relax and have a much needed break.

Thank you again for how you handled our request for Jacqui. I appreciate your professionalism and dedication to the happiness of the child.

My husband Paul and I were in Maui June 4-14 and were pleasantly surprised at how easy your service was to use. We were shocked at how well our son Dylan (4 mos old) took to Tammy Griffiths and that made us feel much less nervous about leaving him. She was wonderful and made us feel at ease. Dylan smiled as soon as he saw her. We arranged to have her babysit again before we left. What a great service you have. We look forward to using Happy Kids when we return to Maui.

I wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how fantastic Sarah Westbrook was this past week. She was professional, always on time but most importantly wonderful with our 5 month old son. She was so nurturing and I could tell right away she had lots of experience with newborns. She could anticipate Ty's needs from the instant she met him.

The biggest compliment came from a “pool goer” who was in the lounge chair next to us, my husband and I had gone out to lunch and Sarah stayed by the pool with Tyler. When we returned the lady could not believe that Sarah was a nanny and not Tyler’s mom. She was so caring and attentive to Tyler, she really was shocked. That is a powerful compliment to Sarah from a stranger just watching her interact with our son.

Thank you for setting us up with her. It made our vacation so enjoyable to have her help out and get away for a few excursions and dinners. We will be back to Maui in a few months and look forward to booking with you again! We will recommend your service to our friends as well!

Hello Kelly,

Denise sat with our daughter, Katrina, at the Marriott Ocean Club recently. I must say I think she was the best babysitter we have ever had! My daughter, who adamantly refused to have a sitter, fell in love with her immediately. After she left she asked for her to come back the next day. She cried the next day when she realized we had some family time planned and we would not be able to ask Denise back. She still talks about her today and how much fun she had. Thank you for sending us such a wonderful person! We will recommend your service and her to our friends who are coming to Maui soon.
